Up for sale is this immaculate and little used John East J Tone preamp.

This is one of John's more recent preamps which has a fully passive signal path and features a volume / blend, bass / treble and passive tone control with push/ pull active bypass on the tone control. Bass can be either boost only or boost / cut - again controlled under the hood.

It features a treble and a bass voicing wheel under the hood and pickup gain control. Screw in terminals make hooking up the pickups a doddle.

Wonderful East tones from a drop in jazz plate.

Sounded great in the bass (as all East pre's do) but the bass has been split down for parts as I just needed the status neck.
