There are 3 books, English, German and French+others. The single language ones are light but A4, about a quid to post. The French+ one is more of a tome and probably £2 to post in the UK or a bit more (at cost) overseas. I think I've also got the V-Amp foot switch somewhere - I'll look for it if anyone's interested. Unfortunately the foot switch was a figment of my imagination, what I remembered seeing was the empty box. Didn't really expect it to raise any interest, so apologies to those disappointed.
