Removed from a new Cort bass.  This is a 3 band eq plus toggle switch to turn the EQ off.  I'll include a wiring diagram from Cort, which should help with the install. I'm also selling the MK1 pickups these are usually paired with in a separate ad.

 

£50 seems the going rate, from past sales of these on BC.
