Squier Classic Vibe 70s JB ergonomics?

Hi all,

I own of the  the newer Squier Classic Vibe 70s Jazz bass (like here: https://shop.fender.com/en-DE/squier-electric-basses/jazz-bass/classic-vibe-70s-jazz-bass/0374540506.html?rl=en_US)

and find it super comfortable to play. I find that the bass body somewhat hangs more to the right (I play standing up usually) and that makes the lower notes on the fretboard really easy to play. I never played or owned a Fender Jazz bass where the distance is so short to the headstock.
When I compare it to the other Fender Jazz I currently own (it's one of the Mexican Flea models in pinkish), then the difference is striking and quite pronounced.

Does anyone know if that is a feature of the Fender 70s basses?  Do other Fender models have a similar design?

Cheers,

Udo
