I have been playing guitar since I was at school (back in the 60's) and have played in various local bands (my last one lastest 10 years), doing pubs and clubs etc.. Recently joined another band and just before xmas the bass player went awol.. so I stepped in on the bass (fortunately already had one) and am now the bass player. We have not gigged yet but are very close to our first one now. So i'm here to learn, and hopefully put in my 10 pence worth (used to be pennies when I was young).. when I can.. my gear at the moment is Two Fender Strats (Lonestar, and American Standard) Taylor 300 series acoustic Tanglewood viola bass Fender Cybertwin Ashdown 300 combo plus the other bits and pieces like mics (shure sm58/57's) leads etc...
