I am a 41 year old bassist (I have been playing bass guitar since I was 13 and double bass for about 10 years). I am entirely self taught and pretty nifty on bass guitar - but I need more help on double bass. I am really getting into playing more double bass. As someone who plays in a band where most of our stuff comes out of improvisation - I am now developing a real interest in modal jazz. I live in Kent.
