He trekked across London to buy a (rather excellent if I might just say) Markbass AC 121 Lite combo, which I'd made my band say farewell to last Saturday night. We had a really enjoyable one hour trying out various basses including a Warwick that I very nearly bought but Jack got instead. He will I suspect, shortly be a convert to Ibby SR Premium 5'ers having heard how good the low B string sounds through his new combo Enough waffle; cutting to the chase - Jack's reliable, great comms throughout and someone I'd be happy transacting with again.
