I bought a bridge years ago and recently got round to fitting it.I had the well documented saddle wobble/creep where the saddles would screw themselves down. I got in touch with Hipshot and they replaced the set of saddles with no quibble and the turnaround was impressive.The new saddles work a treat. Well done Hipshot if everyone had customer service like this the world would be a better place. Big thanks to Hipshot for speedy quality service. Lozz196 Posted October 2, 2018 Share Posted October 2, 2018 I had similar when I dealt with them, bought a set of tuners and the bushes were slightly too small.
