paul, the Posted July 21, 2007 Share Posted July 21, 2007 (edited) 170130634587 There is a piezo pick up in the bridge which is amplified through an active circuit (requires 9 volt battery) and can be output through the internal speaker, which works fine for practise or accompanying an acoustic guitar at home, or can be connected to an amplifier via the jack socket.
