For sale or trade for a nice 5 or maybe even a 6 string  . (There'll be cash to balance out the right trade!)

This bass has a smaller body than the standard jazz basses with a great neck that's very easy to play. The 3 band EQ is very versatile and you can get a good range of sounds out of it from lots of highs for your slap to loadsa low end for reggae grooves!

There isn't damage to the bottom of the fret board, it's just bad reflection.

The arty shot :)

The bass comes with a rectangular hardcase and is in very good condition with only the odd very small marks (no buckle rash or anything horrible like that!)

Hi I have an absolutely immaculate as new condition WARWICK Corvette 5 string. It is a German model top of the range with active electronics and MEP pickups (i.e.not budget standard or rockbass) It has a solid Bubinga body and a beautiful sound, I compared this against a few others at Music Live and it sonically outshone those non-Bubinga models. It has a deluxe gigbag, original tags etc. I bought it a couple of years back but it has stayed in it's bag as I discovered that I just don't get on with five strings. Would you consider exchange?

Cheers Graham

Is it a 2 band EQ with bolt on neck?

Also does your bass have 'MEC' or 'MEP' pickups?

Sounds from his post like its more likely to be a proline or other active job. The pick-ups will be MEC no doubt. Could be either bolt on or NT as they do both (I am a big fan of bolt ons myself)

I have just swapped my streamer for a USA Jazz and I honestly believe that the Warwicks sound superior and more versatile to anything else on the market. If it wasn't for my love of maple necks I would have kept mine

Hi, Yes this looks like the model. It has MEC dynamic correction pick-ups. It is a bolt neck on with 2 band EQ.
Nice bass you've got here....

Is a deluxe sound as an american one or "better" ... ?

If better I could think...
The deluxe is made in America with a pre-amp added. It also has a slightly smaller body and fancy abalone fretboard dots and I think it has rolled edges to the fretboard. I think they're generally finished a bit better. Hope this all make sense.
