mybass Posted February 14, 2017 Share Posted February 14, 2017 Top man Ray, met halfway to collect a bass from me at Winchester station, a good natter as we both once hailed from Twickers/west London area, catching up on haunts in the area. Strangely enough, a stranger overheard us talking about gigs and joined in with.....'my first gig was on guitar at the original Glastonbury with my mate Daisy (male) getting up to sing along with the Carol Grimes Band'. Turns out this chap also once lived in Twickers and also that I knew Daisy myself (RIP) and a host of other people from the area. Small world, thanks Ray, an interesting afternoon! Ray was really patient waiting until i could collect, and the bass is fantastic and sold at a really good price.
