Hello!

I sell a very rare bass Modulus Sonic Hammer. Who doesn't know, that bass was predecessor of Flea bass. Sonic produced 1 year in 96, and at the end of 96 with minimal changes (only change the shape of the lower body horn) changed its name to Flea bass. This bass has a serial number 962551, this is the end of 96, it's very close to Flea production.

I own this bass for about six months. I bought it for some interest and fun. This bass is very fun to play. It has a unique vibe. I believe only these basses have that amazing characteristic growl and punch. Played only at home rarely. It never left my house.
But I'm P bass guy. And completely happy with my P basses. Now I need to buy some expensive studio equipment.

Bass comes with great Lane Poor Legacy pickup and Aguilar obp-1 preamp. Original Gotoh bridge, which also was main bridge on Flea bass 97. It has no truss rod, and these Flea basses are very difficult to find. Bass in near perfect condition for its age. It has small scratches that are difficult to photograph, and which is only visible in the sun. There are also several very small chips on the edges of the fingerboard. I tried to point all of them at the photos. Frets look like a completely fresh.
Also bass has a low action. Above 12 fret with press 1th fret: 1.9 mm on the E string, 1.7 mm on G.

Bass comes with original case. Case is fully functional, have some cosmetic wear which normal for this age.

I know mate, I know. My new black one arrived yesterday too! Just bought another lane poor legacy pick up to go in and the Aguilar OBP1 to go in both. Did you get the pick up yet?

So good, that I bought one direct from the states before I'd bought the bass so it'd be ready to go in. It's THAT good 👍
