I will review when I have it and make a comparison to the Barefaced Compacts they are replacing. In 1989 I spent almost 3k on my Bass 400 and two Diesel 2x15's and I was still using that set up until recently ( with one cab). I have never been let down by Boogie stuff. Same with Fender basses actually. Of all those basses, I only actually tried the 1971 and 1966 before I bought them. The 1966 I discovered in a shop and the '71 because I had to collect it. I was drawn to it because the cab is deeper than the Compact and the sound seems to have both more depth and definition. It's a little heavier but I really like it.
