Three valves in the preamp coupled with a digital power section. Optimistically rated at 2000w peak, but probably closer to 500w at 4 ohms volume-wise. Bought mine from that big German retailer a few months ago, and has been stored in a custom-fit hard case from day 1 (which is included in sale) It's a super-versatile head with a lovely valve warmth on tap - the EQ is very musical and there is loads of volume to spare - I've never had the Master knob past 10 o clock, even on loud gigs. I find it is great for modern sounds and it works particularly well with my Stingray. I'm only selling as I have way too much gear, and have a new car incoming! I'm very tempted but a little concerned that the wattage rating is not clear and I don't want to damage my cabs if it is too powerful for them.
