Trades considered are Precisions of lower value with a cash adjustment. So this is a German built Warwick thumb neck through. Made in 1992. Has a nice slim neck, that is super easy and fast to play. 34" scale Wenge/Bubinga neck, and a Wenge fingerboard. EMG pickups with a passive/active Warwick/MEC 2band EQ. Well balanced, and in excellent condition. This does everything you'd expect. Growly tone, that punches through the mix better than anything I've used before. The truss rod is basically untouched and the frets are also in excellent condition. This is a superb example of a early Thumb. So why am I moving it on? I keep coming back to my streamer. The streamer is a little lighter, and although it doesn't sound the same as the thumb (it can't sound as aggressive without effects) , it's more suited to the sound I want. Anyone who would like to come and try the bass first, to see if it's the sound they are looking for,is welcome to come to my house and have a play on it. It will come with a tweed hard case, and can be couriered, but at the buyers expense and risk! I've never had a problem before, but you never know with couriers!!
