Bassmurf Posted August 1, 2008 Share Posted August 1, 2008 Have just gone and bought an Ashdown J-Lo Hyperdrive & an Aphex Bass Xciter and want to get the best out of them when using them in conjunction with my other pedals (Boss ME-50B and Boss GEB-7), anybody got any suggestions where which one would be best suited in an fx chain. cheddatom Posted August 1, 2008 Share Posted August 1, 2008 What are you using the exciter for? I would have thought to brighten up the whole sound, and for a DI? Stick it at the end! Otherwise, your order is fine and obviously it wouldn't take more than an hour of experimentation to make sure you have the right order.
