For sale is a mint condition Genz Benz Shuttlemax 12.2, complete with Rack ears and footswitch (no box I'm afraid). It's always been racked, so is in super condition :) this is a wonderful amp with all sorts of tricks up its sleeve that has sadly been discontinued by Fender :(

It can be posted for cost, or picked up from Woking (weekends) or Bristol (weekdays).

Yours for £600.

I'm not looking for trades thanks :)

DESCRIPTION

The SHUTTLEMAX™ series is available in a 900 watt or 1200 watt version and are the most full featured designs in this class of compact bass amplifiers. The award winning SHUTTLEMAX dual preamp design offers an FET preamp for articulate, precise, immediate tone and a 12AX7 tube channel which provides a wide range of gain structure that produces smooth, clean tube warmth or can be dialed all the way up to the critical mass of aggressive overdrive.

This STL-MAX12.2 delivers over 1200 watts of output from an amp that weights only 6.75 lbs. Dual Class D amp modules produce full output into two 4 ohm loads (one per amplifier output). Our proprietary 3DPM power management circuitry provides increased headroom and a thicker dimension to the individual notes. The full output of the ShuttleMAX 12.2 is perfect for any venue and playing style.

The SHUTTLEMAX 12.2 dual power amp design offers a variety of available power output choices:

One 8 ohm load (either Amp A or Amp B driven)...............375 Watts
One 4 ohm load (either Amp A or Amp B driven)...............600 Watts

I use this amp all the time, so versatile and extremely light weight.

It comes into it's own for the 2 x 4 ohm power amps, very handy if you've got stacks of cabs. I use it to run a Barefaced Super 12 T (4ohm) stacked with a Barefaced Compact (8 ohms), Huge sound, a lot of amps just accommodate a 4 ohm load.

You'll have no problem selling this, GLWS.
