(PQM : Piezzo / Quilted Maple) This one is based on the one made for Benny rietvield (Known as Santana bass player) with those specifications : - Quilted maple top (AAAAA) (flammed maple top on benny'one and prestiges ones) - Specific mororail bridge (19mm spacing) - piezzo pick-ups in bridge (RMC) - Custom Bartolini pick-ups - Specific electronic for magnetic pick-ups & piezzos - Matching headstock with abalone inlays. - Pao ferro fretboard - Maple / Bubinga neck (with two double action truss rod) - Gotoh ultralite tuners [u][b]Interested in a trade with a 4/5 string / graphite neck / fretted bass[/b][/u] but open to any trade... flychris Posted August 8, 2008 Author Share Posted August 8, 2008 (edited) as answered to different persons about some specific questions : Custom shop Ibanez basses cannot be buy as another custom shop do (ie : fender, warwick...) cause it's mainly apart of the factory and is mainly dealing with people that Ibanez endorses. Also, A friend of a good relashion ship in Japan work in this dept. And it's the only reason why I've got one. During (for exemple, the santana tour "supernatural") you could see him with a BTB custom 4 string with transparent black finish...
