Up for sale is a nice CARVIN LB-70 bass made in the USA, supposedly in late '90s. This one is made in neck-through-body design, and looks like a custom order.
The NTB main block is made of mahogany with ebony fretboard. The wings are from nicely figured koa wood with wax finish. As for the hardware it sports Wilkinson 3D bridge (strings spacing adjustible), Sperzel locking tuners with Hipshot D-tuner and Dunlop dual-action straplock pins.
Pickups are passive Carvin's single coil jazz-type ones, controls are volume for each pickup and tone.
Neck is straight with truss rod working as it should, frets have plenty of life left (minor signs of use). There are some scratches and small dents on the surface but nothing beyond regular wear.
It comes with original Carvin tweed HSC.
Shipping cost within EU would be GBP 35.
The bass is lightweight (8,2 lbs = 3,7 kg by traveler's digital scale) and neutrally balanced.

Updated price is now £ 300
