Rosewood neck and pearl inlays came with abs case a few goodies with it strap and locks build quality and set up.is excellent. Weight just over 9lbs did a comparison with my mim Geddy lee. You can see the better materials on the deluxe though the noiseless pick-ups are very quiet compared to.the Geddy. Tone wise very versatile. But might not be to every ones taste ,neck is very straight and true not sure if the graphite helps is this way no fret buzz. The on board passive switch is very nice addition to this bass the tone and sweep controls are very nice. Strings I think Fender should be better is this a good buy yes. I second hand i missed out on would have saved about 400.
