I was playing the other day, when the neck snapped on me. On further inspection, I found the truss rod has snapped, and the joining on the neck are done in. Here's he lowdown. I'm 15, with no job, in a band, and honestly, from a rather poor family. To cut it simply, if anybody in the East Riding of Yorkshire in England has a good condition, working bass for less than £30 please message me. I need to play again soon. Thanks guys. There is a bass in east yorkshire on Gumtree for £70 here: http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/yamaha-rbx-170-bass-guitar/1039555613 Yamaha's are fantastic basses, even the cheap ones, so would be an ideal cheap bass if you can save some pennies. [/quote] This is very true but all is not lost you can sometimes pick up cheap necks or a broken bass on ebay for a few quid but in reality £30 wont get you much you could also save a bit more and get a used Peavey Milestone or an Aria STB for about 50 quid if you look around Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
