alembic63 Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 (edited) Hi Guy's Looking to trade my beautiful Maccassar ebony custom Jazz bass with Status Graphite neck and hiscox hardcase. I had the bass body built around 10 years ago by Brian Eastwood ( [url="http://www.brianeastwoodguitars.co.uk/"]http://www.brianeastwoodguitars.co.uk/[/url]) originally with a rosewood jazz neck. It's a 5 piece body , Bubinga core, bookmatched Maccasser stripped Ebony front and back with EMG's ,Baddass bridge ,gold hardware. The Status neck and Gotoh machine heads are brand new and were fitted within the last few months by Brian Eastwood . There are a few marks on the back of the body as you would expect from a 10 year old bass but they are merely cosmetic. This Bass is heavy but the trade off is a killer tone. A Custom made Bass to this spec made by Brian Eastwood today would knock you back at least £1500 without the Status neck Looking to trade for a vintage 70's Fender Jazz .
