He was extremely helpful thorough the process, and very accommodating about my changing arrival times. He also talked me through the bass thoroughly before I walked out the door. Unfortunately, he allowed me to have a bash on his wonderful Rob Allen Mouse bass and this has sparked a whole new bout of very expensive GAS.
