Clarky Posted May 6, 2008 Share Posted May 6, 2008 Short notice but if any Forumites live in/nr Islington, London and fancy a rowdy night, there's a 'Battle of the Bands' on at the Hope & Anchor tonight. Starts at 8pm. Line up is Clay Pigeon, The Blox (Ian Dury & Blockheads tribute), Kismetik (my psychobilly-influenced punk lot) and Oiz II Men (rowdy Oi punk band). Compered by the legendary Max Splodge (remember Splodgenessabounds' 'Two pint of lager and a packet of crisps please?') We are onstage at 9.30pm. Should be a laugh.
