Spingere Posted September 25, 2012 Share Posted September 25, 2012 I'm new to BassChat. I mostly play fretless bass these days and have an Ibanez GWB1005 and GWB35 (for the rougher gigs) to do so. I also have a 1950s reissue P-Bass and an upright electric, all of which get used at some point. I've been a bassist for thirty years and should be a lot better than I am. Bass playing is, however, the only thing in my life I have stuck to for so long and it continues to provide me with fun, frustration and challenges pretty much every day. Nice to virtually meet you! But someone said I could check out any time I want. :-) BTW, I'm one of those bass players who began on bass, rather than start on guitar and transfer over. I still can't play guitar.
