ahpook Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 (edited) now then...would anyone be intereted in my long-neglected big muff project. the mods i've made are: replaced the jacks with metal ones add a 9v power socket (wired through the battery clip, so external power only) replaced the pots with more 'standard' (and less crackle) the reason it needs work is that occasionally it doesn't switch on when you hit the switch, but i'm sure this is down to my soldering skills and the slightly jury-rigged way the PCB is now supported (foam rubber !). the 9V socket's also missing it's nut too, which i don't have. it sounds just as a big muff should and i'm only looking to move it on as i have my fuzz needs satisfied elsewhere. no wooden box i'm afraid...i've hunted all over for it to no avail. as it needs work, how about £25 posted recorded delivery ?
