Debut album out, plenty of shows being offered, we have a stand-in bassist until new man/woman is gig-ready so there is scope for decent rehearsal time while still keeping band momentum. You should have good stage presence, own backline, preferably own transport, good sense of humour and good working knowledge of 1980s Thrash. Should be open minded enough to mix in a little Hardcore and Crustpunk. Job not a problem as long as time-off can be had for shows and rehearsals when needed.
