Alpha-Dave
Sorry, SPF, I was using lazy acronyms; SPF = Sold pending funds. As of today, money has been wire transfered and the bass is on its way to its new owner.
Alpha-Dave
A BUMP for this stunning bass! That build thread is total wood porn. (btw, what is SPF?!) I own a ACG Recurve 6 SC (http://www.acguitars...uk/Gallery/198/) and it is the best bass I've owned in terms of playability and sound. ACG is the #1 bass guitar brand for me, right now. Some queries on this one: 1. ACG site (http://www.acguitars...uk/Gallery/125/) says this had 2 ACG FB pickups with coil switching. How do the two switches work now? 2. Is it a ACG-01 filter preamp? 3. What is the string spacing? Is it adjustable? 4. Is it an asymmetric neck with 0-radius? (I love that design.) Thanks, Vic.
Hi Vic, 1. The switches now operate the DFA function 2. Yes, it has the ACG-01 filter preamp 3. 16 mm space, asymmetric pitch string spacing which is adjustable. 4. It has an asymmetric neck with a large radius, possible 24" IIRC Cheers, David . Edited September 9, 2012 by Alpha-Dave
