AllParts UK worst service ever!

I had similar issues when ordering a Moses jazz neck. Three shipments missed. Moses were apparently to blame because they might have been moving premises around then (according to Steve Moses) and when the neck finally did arrive, All-parts gave me a free t-shirt by way of apology.

It may well be that they get dicked about by US distributors because they're not a big enough client to be a priority if stock is a bit thin on the ground.

Yes, you might be right Kiwi but they waited 6 weeks to make the phone call and find out, they could have done it way earlier!
Also no replying to emails and bad manners on the phone can't be blame on anyone else but themselves.
