waynepunkdude
Since getting rid of my rack I no longer have a stage tuner, I'm looking at the Polytuner but would like some opinions on what else is out there?

Al Heeley
korg pitchblack is very popular, but for me the polytune is even better than a briefcase full of brass tuning forks
Raggy
Korg Pitchblack for me, nice clear display, easy to see on stages with lots of lights and it does what it says on the box.
kjb
Korg pitchblack, I tried the pitchblack and the polytune together, and the pitchblack was without doubt the most accurate. There are threads on talkbass about the two. The pitchblack is also easier to see on stage, and its better built too. bertbass
Has anyone noticed that all tuners are advertised as being able to be seen on a dark stage? I never have a problem seeing them on a dark stage, it's outside gigs in bright sunlight that I have difficulty seeing them, same problem with mobile phones.
