It comes with the original 18v power supply, but the plastic earth pin snapped off it. As it wasn't actually doing anything electrical I just used a small screwdriver to push the tab in the earth socket of an UNPLUGGED extension lead as I plugged it in. Rubber feet have long since disappeared, and there's velcro (hooks) on the bottom. But on the whole it's in good condition. I will include a printed copy of the manual. I should mention the manual says that high output active basses may clip the input.
