Steve was also on the mark with communication throughout the deal, no problems at all However, there was a small problem when the cab arrived in Scotland. I had no idea there was any problem when I sent it off and was shocked to discover there was something amiss To Steve's credit, he wasn't phased by it and stayed calm throughout. He even investigated getting the problem solved bless 'im, which he didn't have to do at all. I ended up refunding Steve his money, as he didn't deserve the aggro (not that he mentioned anything !)
