The pan knob was replaced as it didn't really work as a pan - it was either on or off - the transition was quite sudden seemingly, & the owner decided he'd do just as well with the switch. As mentioned in the ad, I have the original pan switch & an all-but-identical knob which I will supply with the instrument along with a new & unused pan switch should the new owner wish to go back to the original control configuration.
