If I were to consider trading i'd probably go for an older precision - got a real GAS at the moment for a 4 string with a bit of mojo built in. The chances are slim but I'm gunna bump it anyway [/quote]I know its all down to personal preference soundwise..but i had the bubinga and Maple top 5 string versions at the same time,so was able to compare head to head at gigs,and for me the maple top had the better cut through the mix sound ...with those particular basses anyway.
