Myself and a few mates are starting our own promotions company. Not for making money or anything, but to actually try and get the scene up here more fun again. It's kinda lost the appeal in recent years. Bands don't seem to work together and the crowds/promotion is pretty dire. So we're trying this. Its called Spread The Word Promotions. And our first gig is this Sunday (3rd April) in The Tunnels (again - Aberdeen) - starts from 3pm. I'm going to try and get some CD's burned with tracks of all the bands playing.
