This is part of a series of waltzes written by Maurice Ravel, and Mr. Berlin does it as a bass/piano duet. And yea, its really hard to play. But it sounds very impressionistic and kinda creepy but pretty at the same time. Those crazy frenchmen. If you want to work it up, you can go over the rough spots and break down the most difficult passages.
