Ashdown Technical Centre - Brilliant!

[Hot Tub]

I took the busted amp module from my lovely little [i]Perfect Ten[/i] combo into Ashdown's repair centre yesterday around mid-day. Just had a call from Guy to say it's all sorted, is being sent out today and should be with me tomorrow! 48hrs from taking it to getting it back. Very happy Hot Tub!

Thats one of the reasons I love Ashdown they really look after people and being in Essex provide great
service, try getting your Ampeg etc sorted in that amount of time!

To be fair Panic Music who deal with the Ampeg stuff in the UK are great, they send you a purpose built box get it picked up and sent back plus when they do a repair they run the amp on full load for a while to make sure it's fixed.
