Ha! No I don't but that 4x12 is interesting. Was considering re-tolexing mine in white, but to be honest black looks better.

What rig did you end up replacing the Marshall beast with?

Interesting designer furniture in white.. black hides the scuff marks better.

Replaced with the Kramer DMZ4001 bass that was on here - had wanted one since the 1980s. Current rig is the Peavey Tour 700 and barefaced Big One that I had before the Marshall. Am building a BFM Omni 15 to go with Sound City 120 that I have.

Hope the Marshall is going well & loudly, 400 Marshall Watts are rather different to 700 Peavey Watts even with the same cab.
Yeah plays indie and rock just how I want thanks! In what way does the Peavey sound different?
Marshall was way louder with the Marshall 2x15 or the Barefaced Big One, never felt that I was running out of available power with the Marshall. Marshall had more bass boost available, with the Big One I had to use the bass control set at 0. The band said the Marshall had a very 'round' sound - in the nicest possible way. The Peavey has / had a much 'tighter' bass response particularly on the low E, F, G, A notes, kind of hi fi and well controlled. Peavey Tour 700 and Firebass 700 both sound very similar, The Tour 700 is a lot lighter and louder at 8 ohms, the Firebass goes down to 2 ohms.

Unless you have moved the Firebass 700 on just try it with the 2x15 and you will hear the difference.

On the plus side my back is OK at present, trapped nerve has not played up again!
