The bass in photo 10 is the bass under construction... i post it to show the pickups cavity... it allow to change pickups easily without doing another hole on the body... you just have to change the pickguard. The photo 11 is a kind of neckplate... but it set between the neck and the body... it gives a better definition in High et and High Medium frequencies. You can see it on picture 8. ;-)

I thought the same thing before this Alusonic. I thought aluminium instruments sounded cold ... but this is not the case! There are serious bass freq and medium naturally present, it gives a great sound! There are several videos of Skunk Anansie live and Cass Lewis plays his Alusonic ... the sound is great!
