    Met up with Nik and his wife in Shrewbury to collect the Ashdown CTM100 i bought from him,what a absolute Gent,wish we had more time to chew the fat as we had alot in common,next time Nik.The amp sounds really great with the Custom built Greenboy cab i have,just so "old school"which i love.You can trust Nik 100% as many have already said,again,a long standing member of Basschat.Take care Nik,you know where i am if your ever in the area,and sure to deal again, Regards, Julian.

    John Suhr was the designer for these basses at Fender,pickups and eq was his design,he then left and made his own basses, which are fantastic.this is why these basses are sought after.

    You mean the pickup surround?it's busted at the top,and the jack socket on these is very prone to being pulled out so that plate is stronger,like the ad says it's seen plenty of action!😁.
