2.
Hi, really nice bass, and sounds awesome. I was looking to buy a similar model, except it was Black Cherry colouring. I may be tempted!

Where is local for you? I'm from Northumberland.

    Cheers
I'm in Staffordshire...

The bass does actually sound better than the one in the video due to it's recent upgrade.

  3. Spector NS2000-5

    Fingerboard 24 frets, rosewood
    Body Maple

Recently upgraded with 40Dc's and Spector Tonepump. (Roughly £270 worth of mods)

Playability is A1, fantastic action, never had an issue with this bass.

Here's the same bass on youtube...and no that isn't me in the vid!. http://www.youtube.com/user/BedroomBassist.../27/10o6lepmTXQ

Fantastic condition for a 10 year old bass, no chips or dinks. The only issue i have with this bass is, it has false fret markers!..(nothing to do with me i might add!). these can be easily removed.

    Looking for £320

Can arrange local pick up, or will arrange courier

Any viewing / try out welcome.

  5. Can anyone confirm for me if there is a 5 string Stingray bass in the style of the classic 4 string version???? ie(with the classic oval pickgaurd/scratchplate). I could of swore i saw one about 12 months...but i just can't recall where it was!

    Thank you very glad... :)

  6. Cheers Jon....thank's for the info..

Bloody hell!! that B-20 takes me back..i had the tobacco burst version, great bass!

  7.
Off the top of my head, I think the headless is a Force 42, so that'll be a Force 42 BBR.

And yes, I'd like that very much please. Now.

    Jon.
I didn't think the Force series was out that early Jon...

    Worth an investigation though...cheers.

oh and make me an offer if you want..lol

I only play 5 strings now....

  8.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what this model is please???

I know it could be a BBR range...but that one fell under the headed version.

I know it's from the early/mid 80's as i saw one when i was in my late teens

I have never seen another one since...until i got my hands on this one lol

It has a great action and play's beautifully....

    Passive soapbar pup's...

Neck and bridge vol, 1 tone, and 3 way selector switch.

No cash prizes for correct entries... :)

  9.
The Bass Floor POD was pretty weak. Try the Bass PODXT or the PODX3 too, (or indeed the Live versions) they are really good.

BTW, that's a sexy sexy rig.
I did consider the other pods..but once bitten..etc etc, just might check em' out on youtube though.

And i bet you say that about all the boys rigs..lol :) ....Cheers

  10. Has anyone tried one of these buggers..or even know of a cheaper alternative????

  11.
Frankly, I never much liked RD's. Until I saw this pair:

A bit more interesting than the reasonably ubiquitous Natchrul finish, IMO.
IMO....i would totally agree with your first 6 words. :)
