1. I'm considering letting my lovely Sei Flamboyant go to a good home. It's a 34" scale, 24 fret with a 7 piece neck (Wenge/Maple) with an ebony fingerboard. The nut is 40 - 42 and the bridge 19mm. It has Kent Armstrong pick ups and a Schack pre. The facing is Madrone in a gloss finish. I'll add more pictures asap but here's the main one to be going on with. It is the featured bass on the Sei web site.

  2. I'm selling my Line 6 bass pod (kidney shape). here's a review should you need it: http://www.talkbass.com/reviews/showproduct.php/product/330

The unit has been used quite a lot at home and has the few very tiny marks in the metal paint - they're hardly noticeable, don't affect the sound or usability ay all. The pod comes with its original power supply and provides a great array of sounds. It's really easy to use and has served me well since I bought it. Unfortunately, it now just sits on the shelf gathering dust.

I'm looking for £40 for the Pod. Postage would be around £7.50 - £9.00 unless you feel like collecting it!

  3. Here's a review of the stomp plus a picture: http://www.talkbass....php/product/734

The Stomp has only been used occasionally and only then in my home studio. There are some great sounds and a very accurate tuner. It's a robust unit, built to last. It comes complete with the original box and manual, power supply and various leads.

  4. Owing to a rather interesting delivery from the mailman, I'm now open to offers on this lovely bass. Please be serious when making an offer, you can see the kind of figure I'm looking for but am willing to consider your offer to ensure that this bass finds a loving home and receives regular caresses ;o)))

  5. Up for grabs is my Goodfellow Player Lined Fretless. It's an early example of Bernie's craftmanship - number 068. The bass was bought from new and was originally a fretted bass which I had defretted by an expert luthier using maple liners. The bass is a beautiful example of birds eye maple with wooden tuning pegs, gold hardware and those lovely wood covered pickups with thumb indent. The bass is strung with half flats and the tonal palette is awesome. You can get that typical fretless sigh through to some window pane rattling highs. The bass comes with the original Goodfellow embossed case, certificate of authenticity and all the patina associated with a well loved quality instrument. There are a couple of very tiny chips to the body and an equally tiny one on the headstock. You can't see them from a few inches away and they certainly do not detract from the look and sound of this gorgeous bass.
I'm only considering selling as I need to raise some funds at the moment. I'm looking for £650, which I think is a bargain price for this quality bass.

  6.
If it is the stock bass I tried to buy this one from Jon just before Christmas only for him to tell me he'd sold it the day before. I was absolutely gutted as it is a work of art. Can't believe you are selling it so soon !
Needs must I'm afraid. This is the one from the site with a few added tweaks/mods to my requirements. The Hiscox ABS case was bought brand new at the same time and the asking price is only what I eventually paid.
I'll give the bass a couple of days and then clear out the attic, put it all on the bay and see if I can keep hold of the Shuker ;o)
