Total Watts

  1. Hey fella, I could use the busted case if you still have it please? Thanks in any event, Malc.
  2. Hey out there to all you funkers! Anyone come across this brand of bass? I've just bought a sixer for £90 and can't believe how good it is for 10 times the money!! My regular gigging bass is a Yamaha TRB6JP signature against which it compares favourably!!
  3. Worst bass I ever owned was a 1964 Hofner Violin Bass, complete sh*te. I actually own an early Encore Precision, which plays and sounds every bit as good as a Fender, and a Hohner Rockbass copy of a Precision which sounds an plays BETTER than a Fender!! I had a 1972 Jazz I bought new in '72 and thought was the dogs danglies for 25 years, then I discovered active basses - wow! Having said that, I have an Attila Balough Odessy with 2 Di Marzio p.b. sets which is awesome, but I have graduated to 6 string basses now so it doesn't get played so much.
  4. top gear, pro attitude, reliable with reliable transport, many many live gigs played, studio experience, any style/genre considered. G.S.O.H., cheerful, easy to get along with team player. Looking for a regular band, but in the meantime - LAST MINUTE DEPS. a speciality - can pick up a couple of sets in 2 hours or less - NO NEED TO CANCEL THAT GIG!! (covers only I'm afraid). Southport Lancs North West
  5. Hello to everyone!! Just a long shot really, but I was wondering if anyone had one of the above spare that I could talk them into parting with?? Many thanks for reading this. Malc.
  6. Well whaddaya know, I've got one of these as well, same as the translucent red one. Yes they are DiMarzio's (nothing else sounds as good passive!!!). I still play mine from time to time and it sounds f*****g awesome!! but I'm a 6 string bass player now - Yamaha TRB6JP Sig. and other high-enders. But none of them sound as incredible as the Attila - shame it's only 4 strings!! I paid £150 for the Attila with a tatty but servicable had case. Anyone any idea what they're worth?? Peace.
