I've only had good experiences dealing with Bass Direct over the last 15 years or so. If you want a nice chat go to PMT or Guitar Guitar and get a shite deal, if you want a good deal go to Bass Direct.

Regarding durability, I've had two TC electronic cabs damaged by two different couriers at different times. One was a complete right off, god knows how they had handled it, bad obviously. I wouldn't judge durability by how it's arrived via a courier. Like most things if you look after your gear it will be fine.

Looks like I'm in the minority but I like the new website. I've bought and sold with them over many years and not had many probldems, when there has been its been rectified quickly but i tend to use that old fangled thing they call a telephone. Its great having a bass specific store.

Bought and sold with Bass Direct, always found them to be very good. Its my go to shop. i bought a second hand cab from them which got damaged in transit. I got a quote of around £50 to repair it, I picked up the PHONE and told them, sent some pictures, they refunded £50 straight away.

Thanks for your reply, I thought the BQ was a similar size to the BAM200 but its only slightly smaller than my RH750, good luck with your sale. -
