  1. Found one yesterday at an insanely low price (I mean the price of a good preamp pedal!) and I couldn’t resist….
  2. My beloved 91 modified jazz bass. Mexican body and P neck. Epic custom shop pickups. Stacked knobs and high mass bridge. Planning to add a D tuner and it should be done…
  3. Hey everybody, Roberto writing, but you can call me Camarillo (yes, I’m a Zappa fanatic). Just turn 50. I play bass since I was 40. Before I used be a guitarist (like many of us I think) I play with fingers and pick, very basic slap but I don’t mind since I don’t like it. I play exclusively 4 strings. Tried some 5er but sold them all. I love vintage Ibanez from the 80s, and I own a bunch of them. I have the basic Fenders everyone needs, a P with flats and J bass I modified with P neck, Epic Custom Shop pickups (amazing), stacked knobs and high mass bridge. It was a humble 91 Mexican, now it’s a beast. My main player with my pop rock band. With my classic rock band I use the Ibbys. GAS never leaves me. It’s under control but it’s always there. Right now I’m in the market to build a decent rig for gigging. I own a nice Markbass Nano, but my cabinets are crappy, fatty and noisy (entry level Ashodowns). It’s time find some serious stuff.
  4. Ah that's probably why they are in sale... The N410 is part of the Nexus series, isn't it?
  5. Hello everybody I'm considering to buy a Laney cabinet. I found several 4x10 in sale, with different prices. DBC 410 N410 R410 DBV410 Except for obvious differences (DBV is vertical, DBC is 400W, the others 600W), do you have any experience with those. Which one would you pick up for gigs in a small to medium bar/pub venue? Thanks a lot
