Bass is traded! This was fast....

This is a very rare and special Musicman Stingray HS4 hade in USA. The bass is in mint condition and has lots of upgrades. Schaller tuners and I order personaly special custom pickups for this bass to Nordstrand (Nordstrand does not have stingray jazz style pickups for sale because the pickup is wider then the normal jazz pickup, therefore needs be order separatly). Also has a special preamp, order by me to John East. Is a custom preamp with 2 band eq and also can be switched to passive mode (pull/push knob). In passive mode the last knob becomes tone control. Upgrades were made for this bass to sound as close as possible like the vintage stingray basses... I belive sounds even better because has very high quality components. The bass is very versatil with 5 ways switch for pickups: 1.Only neck pickup (for P sound) 2.Neck and 1st. single coil from bridge pickup (for a jazz style sound with 60s position and sound) 3.Both full pickups (P sound + H musicman sound) 4. H pickup (musicman sound) 5. Neck pickup + 2nd. single coil from H pickup for 70s position and sound. Wood specs: ash body, maple fingerboard, maple neck. The white dots from fingerboard are stickers over original black dots and can be easily removed.
