1. I'm thinking of looking at trying out an Ibanez SR900. For those of you that have one or have tried one out what do you think of it? What were the Pro's and con's for you? And if you do own one any problems down the line?

  2.
He's awesome!

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Les Claypool yet. I find his bass lines incredibly hard to play and sing along with because of the wacky rhythms he uses.
I know!

  3. Blood and Thunder at an Indie gig :) A band dropped out so my band who were there to support mates and were slightly drunk came on stage and bashed out this tune...We played it amazingly, however the guys in skinny jeans were as a member of the audience said later a bit 'scared'

I don't think I even KNOW that amount of bass players.

Jaco - has the odd nice song, part from that no thank you.

Cliff Burton - Used to love the guy, but now I just realise he was a decent bassist who was simply louder than the rest.

Steve Harris - Dum dadadum dadadum dadadum dadaum

  6.
Not true. In fact, it was Carol Kaye.

She´s just too modest to admit it.
Not true. In fact, it was Les Claypool when he was three.

Thats why his technique is 'a bit sloppy'.

  7. THIS IS NOW FOR SALE. I bought this of Loudandclear (Terry) A few months back so he can vouch that this Bass is spotless and sounds like a monster. Its the 3 Band EQ model and comes with a MM hard case.

I'm looking for around £680 so please give any offers!!!

I'm based in Hampshire and I don't really want to post at the moment.

    Any questions please ask!!!

apologies for the low standard of pictures :)

  8. Ive been playing for 3-4 years and I havn't had any problems until I've started playing a stingray where my right shoulder hurts. I'm not sure whether I'm tensing it up or something my it starts to ache quite quickly. Any suggestions?
