Hi all, We're a 5 piece progressive metalcore band hailing from Derby. Formed 2009, but after more lineup changes than destiny's child, we're ready to really hit the live scene. Looking to play some shows with similar bands, anywhere and everywhere. We have about 30-40 minute set ready to go, and are looking to play with similar bands on a gig swap basis. We have an alldayer booked on March 12th with demoralizer, as well as something later in the year, so can offer a slot on that if anyone can help us out. It aids a more steady, controlled flow. thats what i was told anyway by a trainer at my gym. please dont take it as gospel though

I make sure i have water. dont need the loo, and shut myself away for 20mins before, just to find 'the zone' I like the sound of bananas, plenty of low GI carbs for energy and it stems adrenaline. might try that!
