Im selling a 100% mint Phil Jones Super Flightcase combo. 250 watts, 6 speakers and it weighs almost nothing. Has an amazing natural sound with deep lows and smooth highs. I have only gigged it once and it has just been sitting unused in my room. I cant afford to keep it so it has to go. The electronics on this are amazing, so many options and sounds that you can coax from it. The bass has a 35" scale like a 5 string but it has a lovely slim neck and its really light. Pete Skjold is quite proud of this particular bass. He has pics of it on his website. Go on, treat yourself

Definately yes! Some people say that a heavy bass = heavier tone but thats not true. THe truth is that late 70's Fenders were redicuously heavy because Fender were no longer sourcing choice woods. Ash bodies in particular got very heavy around this time. Cheers

One can but ask!![/quote] Hi Conan Any 70's Fender that is light, in good condition and in original condition will increase in value over time. Its hard to say by how much but suffice to say that they are harder to come by now than say 10 years ago. All the 60's basses are gone so collectors are now moving on to nice 70's ones. As long as the bass is original, a good weight and in good shape it will be worth more. Look at the prices in Vintage and Rare in London or Bath and you will get an idea of the value of these instruments. Status is a nice bass but not my cup o tea Cheers Paulie

HI All After a recent purchase I am putting up for sale my MarkBass F1 and Aguilar GS112 (with tweeter) Both are in excellent condition having only had very light use. The Head comes in a fitted case so it never got any knocks or marks. The cab was well looked after and apart from some minor skuffs on the plastic corner protectors there are no marks or dings of any kind.
