1. I used to own a Sadowsky very similar to this accept it had a flame maple finish on top. To be honest the older Sadowskys are the ones to have because they have slilmmer necks than the new ones, they dont have that any tapering at the heel (new ones do), they have better bridges and they are light due to the choice of hand picked body woood and not due to the chambered bodys of the new ones. Id still love a new one though! Good luck with the sale.

The neck is similar in dimension to a pre cbs jazz. However, the laquer they use over the graphite makes it really smooth to play, always staying slick and it nevers gets sticky like a heavily finished 70's Fender! Its just perfect!

I Know, I really should keep and may just do that. I had wanted one of these since the day I first held one about 12 years ago! However, Im back playing Fender Jazz basses exclusively and that seems to be the sound that suits me best rather than the huge low, zingy high that comes out of the Flea bass.

Im selling a gorgeous Modulus Flea Bass for £1050 It is in Excellent Condition, just a tiny nick in the finish at the bottom and a few small scratches and nicks which are only visible in a certain light! It has the Blue Sparkle Finish with Matching Headstock. Its the 2 band EQ version with the badass bridge. Gorgeous staight graphite neck. Comes with the Modulus Hardshell Case which is also in Excellent Condition For some reason I had difficulty downloading a photo here of the bass so I can email photos to anybody who is interested. In the meantime I have attached a photo from the website of a similar bass. Thanks Paulie
7. HI If you open the first picture and click your mouse on it, you can zoom in over the area where the neck meets the headstock Hope this helps Cheers
8. Hi Thanks for your comments I dont have the original scratchplate but you can get them online for about £20-£30 All Parts do one Cheers
9. This model is a limited edition Lake Placid Blue. Only a small amonut of these basses were made in this colour. It really is gorgeous with the Tort scratchplate. This bass is mint except for a small mark at the bottom (see pics) Its really light for a jazz and is about 9lbs THe neck is an unusually dark rosewood with the block markers. It has a great action, tight neck pocket etc. I have owned loads of Fender jazz basses and this is the nicest 75 re-issue I have ever come across, and its rare! It comes with the proper Tolex Fender case (which was never used) with all the case candy, strap, cable, pickup covers etc I have had the bass set up with a new set of elixirs (never played) It really is a gorgeous bass but I just havent been playing it Its on sale for £1100
10. HI Thats actually a SUperflightcase you have Regards Paul
11. Bump for the final price drop before I trade this puppy in
12. Sold a nice Ricky to Tom this week. Communication was great and payment was prompt. A pleasure to deal with, no fuss at all. Would recommend.
13. Yeah, thanks guys. They really are great basses, huge array of sounds from the preamp but all good. And the neck is skinnier than my jazz bass, flatter and faster! All this in a bass that weighs in at sub 8lbs! (WHY AM I SELLING !!!!)
14. Bump for a further price drop to £1100! I have also added a photo from the Skold website of my bass. (This is a photo of my exact bass that Pete Skjold has on his website. I guess he's pretty proud of it!)
This really is a beautiful custom bass, rare, light and with great playability and great tones available from the East Preamp! Thanks
15. Back up for sale. Powerhouse cab and head (inc case and tuner) available! Thanks
16. As the header says I have a beautiful Rickenbacker 4 sting bass for sale. Its a 1992 model but its in superb condition. It was a model that was available at that time in a ltd quantity. It has a really brilliant (fire engine/blood red) finish with black scratchplate and hardware. The red sets off the black hardware really well. It comes with original case, original pickup cover (not fitted in photos) and the original black bridge (i fitted a hipshot retrofit brdige for added sustain and no bridge lift! ) The bass has never been damaged or modified in any way. The hipshot bridge is a direct replacement for the original so no holes were added to fit it so it can be swapped on or off. The best part of this bass is the neck. Its almost completely flat yet there is no fret buzz anywhere. I have owned 3 ricks in the past and the neck on this is exceptional, one of the others was ok but the 2nd one I owned kept moving and needed constant attention. The truss rods on this one have never been adjusted! Anyway feel free to ask any questions but I wont be leaving this up for sale for long as I am having second thoughts already about selling. Price £1300 which is a fair price as models in this condition are scarce and its a rare version. Thanks for looking. 17. I am selling my new Aguilar TLC Compressor pedal. Its 100% mint in its box with the manual etc. Never gigged. I got it along with a few of the other new Agi pedals none of which I actually needed, I just loved the look and sound of them. However, I have 2 older compressor pedals that I can still use so Id prefer the cash than having the Aguilar spare. This pedal costs £169 new. Mine is new but I will sell for £120 and I will include postage in that. I can send on pics if required but as I say, its 100% mint and unused. Thanks
18. Quick bump before this one hits Ebay It honestly is a beautiful bass but I own a Chris Larkin with the exact same preamp and it sounds similar so I dont need two custom basses in my collection Cheers Paulie
19. Any offers out there for this unique custom US bass??????? before I take it out of retirement and off the for sale list!
20. Bump for a price drop! Great chance to own a lightweight boutique bass with a versatile preamp
21. Yes, the preamp section is exactly the same : Gain, low bass, high bass, low mid, high mid, treble, Limiter ( with on/off switch ) and Volume. It has a DI out also. Amp comes with the manual, allen key set and slip cover. I would imagine its still under full warranty also Thanks
